Case Construction Equipment manufactures a comprehensive lineup of rough-terrain forklifts built on the same heavy-duty chassis as their loaders and backhoes. Unlike standard warehouse forklifts, Case's machines are designed for outdoor, uneven surfaces—making them ideal for construction sites, farms, landscape supply yards, lumberyards, and any operation dealing with heavy palletized materials.
H Series – Current Production Models
The H Series is Case's current rough-terrain forklift lineup, introduced in 2012 and upgraded to Tier 4 Final emissions standards in 2015.
Model Lift Capacity Engine Power Operating Weight Lift Speed
586H 6,000 lbs (2,722 kg) 74 hp (55 kW) 13,228 lbs (6,000 kg) 107 ft/min
588H 8,000 lbs (3,628 kg) 74 hp (55 kW) 15,639 lbs 106 ft/min
Both models feature roading speeds up to 24 mph (38.6 km/h), zero tailswing for confident maneuvering in tight spaces, and Case's exclusive Load Control system that minimizes shock to the load when traveling over uneven terrain. Mast options include 15-ft and 22-ft standard masts, as well as freelift masts that allow raising forks five feet before the mast extends—ideal for low-clearance applications.
