I. Pre-Sales Service

Provide equipment selection proposals based on the customer's actual working conditions.

Offer technical support including product specifications, drawings, and video demonstrations.

Provide real product video references for performance demonstration (physical samples are generally not supported due to material characteristics).


II. Quality Assurance

Strictly implement the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Each machine undergoes 100% complete factory testing before shipment.

Core components (such as hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, and electronic control systems) are sourced from reputable domestic and international brands.


III. Warranty Period

Electric Forklifts / Remote-Controlled Mowers: 12 months (extendable upon negotiation)

Hydraulic Briquetting Presses / Balers: 12 months (extendable upon negotiation)

The warranty period commences from the date the goods arrive at the destination port (or as otherwise agreed by both parties).


IV. After-Sales Support

Provide complete technical documentation (user manual, parts catalog, hydraulic/electric circuit diagrams).

Offer 7/24 remote support via WeChat, WhatsApp, email, or video call.

Supply genuine spare parts for no less than 8 years after a model is discontinued.

Provide free video training. On-site training can be arranged separately (expenses quoted additionally).


V. Response Commitment

VI. On-Site Service (Optional)

Training Services

Based on user requirements, Xin Hongguang Forklift provides on-site training services covering forklift operation, maintenance, and servicing for technical staff, maintenance personnel, and operators.

Safety Training: Introduces safety protocols and standardized forklift operating procedures, while fostering safe driving habits. Maintenance Skills Training: Designed for professional forklift technicians, supervisors, or senior operators; covers forklift characteristics and fundamental structural principles, teaches basic troubleshooting methods, and includes hands-on practice in on-site fault analysis and resolution.

Driving Training: Explains fundamental forklift operating techniques and conducts practical on-site training in driving, cargo handling, and rack storage/retrieval operations. Daily Management Training: Tailored to internal combustion, electric, and warehouse forklifts; covers daily usage precautions and routine maintenance procedures, and assists in the development of daily inspection checklists.

Spare Parts Supply

Xin Hongguang Forklift maintains an extensive network coverage throughout China, ensuring an abundant supply of spare parts. You can obtain the parts you require through the Xin Hongguang Forklift Headquarters, our five major production bases located across the country, or the global Xin Hongguang service network.

Our spare parts inventory is substantial, and commonly used parts are typically available for immediate pickup at local locations. The spare parts inventory at Xin Hongguang Ji Ning alone exceeds a value of one million RMB.

Regarding specific Xin Hongguang forklift models—should a model undergo an upgrade or be superseded by a new generation—we pledge to continue providing spare parts support for a period of at least five years following the date on which that specific model is discontinued.

Xin Hongguang supplies only genuine, original-equipment spare parts. (Please note: For overseas customers and usage scenarios outside of China, domestic market pricing does not apply due to factors involving currency exchange rates and customs duties.)

Xin Hongguang forklift spare parts are covered by a three-month warranty. (Consumables and wear-and-tear parts are excluded from this warranty coverage.)

Repair and Maintenance

Xin Hongguang responds within 2 hours of receiving a user repair notification and provides professional repair and maintenance services on-site within 24 working hours. Detailed records of each repair, including circumstances and costs, are provided to help forklift management and user departments establish forklift management files. During each on-site equipment inspection or repair service, repair and maintenance suggestions are provided for equipment malfunctions and issues raised by the user department, along with recommendations for daily maintenance.

For potential faults that cannot be immediately addressed due to a lack of spare parts, the equipment user department and equipment management personnel are advised to prepare the necessary spare parts and to address the issue promptly.

Regular Service: Xin Hongguang provides regular repair and maintenance contracts, including all-inclusive cost contracts. Xin Hongguang will arrange for personnel to conduct on-site inspections at least once a month. Regular services are based on the contract and include regular repair or maintenance services. For equipment specified in the contract, complete work orders are provided for each maintenance cycle, and these are signed and confirmed by relevant personnel from the equipment user department and equipment management department.

Emergency Fault Repairs: These are based on the service work order for each instance, with details filled in on the form and signed and confirmed by relevant personnel from the equipment user department and equipment management department. Xin Hongguang strictly adheres to our company's "Xin Hongguang Repair Personnel Operation Standards" and the customer's safety and repair-related regulations. Xin Hongguang complies with the relevant regulations of the client, develops a practical and feasible safety and civilized construction plan, and strictly implements it, taking responsibility for safety during the service process. Maintenance content and inspection catalogs are implemented according to regulations. If no repairs or maintenance occur, regular inspections will be conducted, and suggestions on safety, operation, and maintenance will be provided.

During each repair, if conditions permit, practical training on repair and maintenance will be provided to on-site equipment managers. Xin Hongguang can provide customers with forklift repair and maintenance training, as well as safety training annually.

Timely and Considerate Service: Xin Hongguang responds to and answers questions from clients regarding forklift equipment parameters, performance, and fault reports via telephone, fax, and email, providing timely, considerate, and enthusiastic service.
