Technology Center
Our company's Technology Center is a comprehensive research institution that integrates R&D, prototype development, experimentation, and management. It encompasses a full spectrum of technical disciplines and is supported by robust infrastructure.
The Technology Center comprises "three institutes and one laboratory," along with three subsidiary technical centers. It is staffed by a dedicated team of over 15 R&D professionals, with those holding the title of Senior R&D Engineer or higher accounting for more than 18% of the workforce. The Center has established a sophisticated, matrix-based product R&D system that encompasses front-end platforms for shared and foundational technical support, platforms for product and industrial R&D, and a back-end service platform.
